Our business model unfolds through a strategic three-phase approach designed for growth and scalability. Phase 1 lays the foundation with the development of our advanced virtual budtender technology, leveraging machine learning and AI, alongside launching Little Dragon-branded cannabis products that set a new industry standard. We aim to complete our API development within 90 days of the close of our seed round. Phase 2 shifts our attention to monetization, launching our API on California-based delivery service platforms, and bringing revenue streams through product sales, backed by our commitment to tech support, marketing, and customer experience. The final stage, Phase 3 aims for expansion, growing our presence and licensing our technology to partners in other regions, both domestic and international.
Team
Ross Franklin, CEO of Xiao Long Holdings, Inc. (dba “Little Dragon™”) has dedicated over a decade to pushing the envelope in the cannabis industry. As the co-inventor of a pioneering cannabis infusion technology, he secured seven USPTO-approved patents, laying the groundwork for a successful cannabis brand.
